I wanted to let you know how happy we are with our Bullfrog Spa. We have had it almost 2 months, and it has been truly life-changing. The therapeutic/relaxation benefits are myriad. We have significantly lowered our stress levels and improved our quality of sleep. We really appreciate the minimal maintenance requirements, and the flexibility of the “jet-pack” system means we each always have the type of jets we want. It even looks as though it were custom  designed and built for our deck and patio! This is an amazing addition to our home and lifestyle. And I must say the purchase and delivery process was both easier and quicker than anticipated. You have a great crew working with you!

We cannot thank you enough for introducing us to this brand.

Hi, I purchased a unit from Aqua Rec’s less than a year ago. I was having problems with the unit working properly and was very distraught about it. I contacted Katrina Calpito and she was more than helpful. She actually took the time to find out everything that was going on and probed to see if I had any other concerns. Katrina took the ball and ran with it. Before I knew it, I had 3 techs at my house with a brand new unit. The techs were very professional and apologetic for the problems that I had accrued. The customer service I received took me back to when I was a small boy and customer service was always first. I think in today’s society, customer service is what lacks in most businesses. I can truly say that I was blown away by how helpful and courteous the Aqua Rec’s tech was when dealing with this situation. I honestly feel like I received the best customer service I have ever received as an adult. I think other companies need to take lessons from Aqua Rec’s and follow their lead. If I had to say how I felt dealing with Aqua Rec’s, I would say that I felt like I was part of their working family. Honestly, it was truly a wonderful experience.

It has been one year since your wonderful staff installed my heating and air conditioning unit into my 3-story townhome.It seems like yesterday. From the very first point of contact of visiting my home and giving me an estimate to the problem-free and very smooth installation, I have been so impressed with each person who represents Aqua Rec’s Heating.

This was a sizable purchase for me and I had strongly hoped the investment would give me a meaningful return. I can tell you, honestly, that the heating efficiency works even better than before the air conditioning was installed. And, of course, to come home to a cool home is very pleasant and has made a true difference to me.

Please share my experience with anyone who may need to know if you are a professional company who stands behind their promise, because you certainly have done so for me.

Hi Katrina, I wanted to take moment and thank you for the HVAC system that I purchased from you. It was a pleasure working with you and your company, starting off with a great sales person helping me find financing to the installers. Austin and his helper were great. My mother was at my house for the install and kept saying how polite and friendly they were. The workmanship was topnotch. Since I have had the units, it is like a different home. It’s warm even in the BIG room with vaulted ceilings. I look forward to passing on this information to anyone that I know who could use this system.

I admit we didn’t quite believe how economical the Aqua Rec’s crew said our new system would be, but with the tax credit and lower electric bills, our savings are fantastic. And we love the new system; it’s so quiet.

I just wanted to say that this was the absolute best service and repair experience I have ever had in the 15 years I have owned my pool. I have used quite a few different companies and have had issues, especially with Aqua Quip. But with you guys, from when I called in and spoke with Caleb to when the new motor was installed by Byron on Monday, to the follow up call from Caleb on Tuesday, it was above and beyond what I expected. I will do a pool cleanup and continue service in spring.

We recently purchased the Islander Swim Spa from Aqua Rec’s, and we don’t even know where to begin saying how happy we are. From product performance and pricing to salesmanship and service, we feel that the company and staff at Aqua Rec’s (notably the two Ricks, Robert, and Louie) at second to none. For more than 10 years, we’ve been trying to find a swim spa that was affordable yet performed just as good as the more expensive and pricier brands. That’s exactly what we found when we walked in by chance to the Aqua Rec’s store off of I-5. How lucky we were when John (Sales Manager) told us to go to the Tacoma branch to look at the Islander Swim Spa. For all of you who are considering purchasing a swim spa from the other manufacturers, you’ll be shorting yourself if you do not at least take a look at what Aqua Rec’s can do for you.

AWESOME! I’ve bought 2 pellet stoves, had work done on my hot tub, and bought products and parts for the hot tub, all from Aqua Rec’s. Austin came out to the house and did an inspection on my electric furnace and did some upgrades! The only thing better than the prices is the GREAT customer service! In every department! Thanks guys!

Thank you for all your help with our new Quadra-Fire wood stove. We ended up buying the 3100M and are glad we moved up one size (your price discount made it possible for us). We set it up and had our first fire last night. It’s a huge improvement over our old stove. Let it snow…we’re looking forward to a warm winter this year!
