  • Just had our gas insert installed. Kudos to EK and John. They were awesome. Very professional. Enjoyed having them in our home. I would Highly recommend them to anyone.

  • I just wanted to say, this was the absolute best service and repair experience I have ever had in the 15 years I have owned the pool. I have used quite a few different companies and have had issues, especially with Aqua Quip. But with you guys, from when I called in and spoke with Caleb to when the new motor was installed by Byron Monday, to the follow up call from Caleb on Tuesday, it was above and beyond what I expected. I will do a pool cleanup and continue service in spring.

  • We recently purchased the Islander Swim Spa from the Aqua Rec and don't even know where to begin in saying how happy we are. From product performance, pricing, salesmanship, and service, we feel that the company and staff at Aqua Rec (notably the two Ricks, Robert, and Louie) at second to none. For more than 10 years, we've been trying to find a swim spa that was affordable yet performed just as good as the more expensive and pricier brands. That's exactly what we found when we walked in by chance to the Aqua Rec store off of I-5. How lucky we were when John (Sales Manager) told us to go to the Tacoma branch to look at the Islander Swim Spa. For all of you who are considering on purchasing a swim spa from the other manufacturers, you'll be shorting yourself if you do not at least take a look at what Aqua Rec can do for you.

  • Aqua Rec installed our Marquis hot tub for us this time last year. We waffled for a long time on whether or not it would be a good purchase for us, and I’m happy to say we love, love and still love our spa. We use it all the time, and my back pain is so much better after spending a relaxing half hour with the hot water and massaging jets. No regrets, and Aqua Rec has been great with service and answering all our questions. Thank you!

  • When my mother was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, it was both a relief since we finally understood why she was always so tired, and scary because we didn’t know what to expect. I did a lot of research and learned that a spa might really help with the muscle aches and sleep problems. I convinced my family that it would be a good investment and AquaRec helped us find the best unit for our budget. My mother loves the spa, says it relaxes her and helps her get much needed sleep. I would use AquaRec again as they were wonderful to work with.
