My name is Kaylei Kovacs. I have been with the company since 08/19/2023. Just over ten years! I have worked off and on doing multiple positions due to being in nursing school. This job has allowed me to persue my dream, while being flexible with my work and kids’ schedules. I have done a mixture of retail, purchacing/receiving and warranty. Currently, I am working part-time doing warranty and helping with retail when needed. This means, processing claims after we go out and do repairs, answering phones, checking the status of parts, and doing water tests. I am lucky to work here and have built a lot of relationships in being here. I enjoy the people I work with as well as helping customers. It is a family owned business in which I have been able to work with my siblings, father, and other family members. Which is a bonus. I feel supported by not only my family members, but other coworkers and supervisors. I am lucky to be a part of this team.
