What to Expect: From Pool Consultation to Action

Free Consultation
Visit any of our five showrooms or schedule a consultation. We’ll talk through your goals, your backyard, your budget, and your timeline — no pressure, just honest guidance.

Design & Selection
Select an above-ground model, match a fiberglass shell to your yard, or develop a full custom design that accounts for your lot, drainage, code, and the features that matter most to you.

Permitting
For inground pools, our team handles permitting with your local municipality. Jamie leads this effort. Expect a minimum of three months between permit submission and installation start.

In-House Installation
Our own crew handles the build — no outside contractors. We manage from groundbreaking through final water fill and chemical balance, keeping you informed throughout.

Orientation & Handoff
We walk you through water chemistry basics, equipment operation, maintenance schedules, and warranty details. You’ll know exactly how to take care of your new investment.

Ongoing Service & Maintenance
Seasonal openings and closings, routine maintenance, equipment service — our in-house service team keeps your pool in peak condition year after year.
